Ellasin D. Allen, a native of Queens, New York, she is a woman of grace, purpose, and power. She serves faithfully in ministry, preaching and teaching the gospel with boldness and clarity. As a dedicated Kingdom Builder, Elder Allen has played a pivotal role in the establishment and ongoing development of Living Water Worship Center in Chesapeake, Virginia, where she serves alongside her husband, Pastor Eric L. Allen.

Elder Allen holds a Master of Science in Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Virginia. She is also a certified Relationship and Life Coach, entrepreneur, and the visionary founder and CEO of two thriving businesses in the Hampton Roads area—Journey Psychotherapy, LLC and Ellasin’s Events Floral & Décor, LLC.

An accomplished keynote speaker and author, Elder Allen is passionate about strengthening marriages, mentoring women, and helping others discover and walk in their God-given identity. Her ministry is marked by her ability to offer both spiritual insight and practical wisdom, guiding others through life’s challenges with faith and grace.
