Living Water Worship Center is led by Pastor Eric L. Allen, originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. On Father’s Day 2002, at Greater Christ Temple Apostolic Church in El Cajon, California—where Dr. Donnie N. McGriff serves as Senior Pastor—Pastor Allen surrendered his life to Jesus, was baptized in Jesus’ name, and filled with the Holy Spirit. He was ordained by Bishop McGriff and, in June 2021, installed as Pastor of Living Water Worship Center.

A retired U.S. Navy officer with 27 years of faithful service, Pastor Allen carries a passion for preaching and teaching and a prophetic voice that has helped Christians and service members around the world better understand Scripture and grow deeper in their faith.

His vision for Living Water is to be a place where people of every nationality, ethnicity, and background can meet Jesus and experience deliverance—mentally, physically, and spiritually—so they can live with purpose and prosper in the things of God.

Pastor Allen has been married to his best friend, ministry partner, and First Lady, Elder Ellasin D. Allen, for 27 years. They are blessed with three children.
